Zonal Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales across multiple
regions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
Responsibilities:
�� Develop zonal strategies to increase market share and revenue across
regions.
�� Coordinate with regional managers to implement effective sales initiatives.
�� Monitor performance metrics across zones, identifying areas for
improvement.
�� Foster relationships with key clients within each zone to enhance customer
satisfaction.
�� Conduct regular meetings with regional teams to review performance and
share best practices.
�� Analyze competitive landscape within the zone to inform strategic decisions.
�� Prepare detailed reports on zonal sales performance for senior management
review.
