Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience handling bulk as well as niche hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
Handle bulk hiring / campus hiring / lateral hiring as per requirement
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate salary and finalize offers
Manage vendor/consultancy relationships (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
