Job Description:
Rspl Solar Lights is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the
lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with leading brands
such as Syska, Havells, Philips, or other reputed lighting brands and must possess an
extensive network of superstockists and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the solar lighting segment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with superstockists and distributors to
ensure consistent business.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners in the distribution
network.
Achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the assigned region.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategies to improve sales
performance.
Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, pricing strategies, and
promotional activities.
Lead sales negotiations and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales within the lighting industry.
Prior experience working with Syska, Havells, Philips, or similar brands is preferred.
Strong network of superstockists and distributors in the lighting sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales strategies effectively.
