Responsibilities
ï‚· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product
or service using scripts
ï‚· Answer questions about products or the company
ï‚· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
ï‚· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
ï‚· Enter and update customer information in the database
ï‚· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
ï‚· Handle grievances to preserve the company€™s reputation
ï‚· Go the €œextra mile€ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
ï‚· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements and skills
ï‚· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer
service role
ï‚· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over
the phone
ï‚· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
and telephone systems
ï‚· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them
to prospects
ï‚· Excellent knowledge of English
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
ï‚· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and
address complaints
ï‚· Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience 3 - 5 Years
Salary 4 Lac 25 Thousand To 4 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
