Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will oversee the development and execution of
growth strategies, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities:
● Develop comprehensive business development strategies focused on
financial growth.
● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
● Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
● Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with
market demands.
● Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
● Prepare detailed reports on business development progress for senior
management.
