Assistant Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in achieving targets by
managing client relationships and assisting in the implementation of sales
strategies.
Responsibilities:
�� Assist in the development of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
�� Support the sales team in managing existing client accounts and
relationships.
�� Monitor daily sales activities and provide feedback to improve performance.
�� Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape.
�� Organize training sessions for sales staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
�� Prepare sales reports and presentations for management meetings.
�� Assist in coordinating promotional events and campaigns.
